Intercontinental Al Jubail Resort, Jubail

The hotel has spacious and well-furnished rooms, complete with luxurious toiletries, towels, and robes. However, daily servicing needs improvement as we had to request it late in the evening. The staff is helpful but needs to be more consistent in being friendly. The location boasts a beautiful private beach and helpful staff, though the access might be a bit challenging. The dining options are varied, but attention to detail is lacking. Overall, the hotel offers a nice private beach and helpful staff, with good facilities.

The hotel has a small corner window in the room which offers a partial view and the Presidential Suite smell was not pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during my stay, disrupting our sleep due to the lack of AC in the melting weather. The room was not as comfortable as expected.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and with an excellent infotainment system, and the restaurant served a great variety of delicious food. The private pool for ladies and the sandy beach were very spacious with good amenities. The only downside was having to wait a bit for our dinner to be delivered to the room.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and cozy, had a terrible smell. The service was outstanding, with warm and welcoming staff that made my stay pleasant.
